Training Now run Master Classes for community groups who would like to learn a variety of handmade foods while having lots of fun.
Our Instructor has been in the food industry for many years as a Pastry chef. He did his apprenticeship with the famous Arnold Swiss Cake shop in the 1970’s.
We offer classes in Salami, Curing goods, bread making including (sourdough), Handmade coverture chocolates, Hot Cross Buns, Gingerbread Houses etc.
These classes can be hands-on or just as a demonstration.
